are pleased to offer several Gift Certificate options. Gift
Certificates are custom imprinted with the recipient(s)
name and may shipped directly to the purchaser or recipient.
For online orders please indicate the recipient(s) names
in the comment box at check out. For example, “Gift
for Mary Jane & William Smith” love Bob &
Megan.
Flexible
Gift Certificates:
These are our most popular type. They can be used(subject
to availability) on any public tour within one year of issuance.
Recipient must call or email us with their gift certificate
number and desired tour date. Cost: $149 per person
Date
Specific Gift Certificates:
You may also reserve a specific tour gift certificate.
Gift certificates for a specific tour date are priced accordingly.
Our VIP Public Tours with three wineries, restaurant lunch
and transportation cost $149 per person. Our Harvest Fest
gift Certificates are priced at $129 with transportation
or $114 for drive-ups.

How
to Confirm Your Reservation:
1)
All orders are confirmed via email. The email is
your “ticket”

If you must reconfirm, please email info@longislandwinecountry.com
If you must confirm, please confirm only once…at least
7 days in advance!
3)
Please do not call the day before your tour! We
will be difficult to reach because we are in wine country
with limited cell phone coverage. You may not receive a
return call.
4)
Possibility of Snowfall: The New York area media
and grocery chains like to make consumers fear being snowbound
at the slightest sign of a snowflake. We do not cancel our
tours because of possible snowfall (less than 6 inches).
98% of the activities are indoors. Plus wine will keep you
warm!
5)
Cancellations & Postponements: Tickets are
non-refundable. All tours are rain or shine.If you wish
to change your date or reschedule, you must provide 14-day
notice. If less than 14 days, you may re-schedule by paying
a $35 per person rebooking fee.
Answers
to common questions:
1) How do I order a gift certificate online for delivery
directly to the recipient? A) Insert recipients
name, address, phone into the deliver to section of the
order page. Also include recipient info in comment box so
we can imprint as you wish.
Note: if your order does not include info in the deliver
to section, we will
ship the gift certificate directly to the purchaser address.
2)
I am ordering the gift certificate as a holiday gift. How
long will it take to get to the recipient? A) We
ship all gift certificates within 24 hours.
All orders received by 3 pm EST are shipped the same day,
All orders
are sent via US Priority Mail and take 2-3 days. Our Christmas
2007 cutoff
date for orders to be received by 12/24 is Friday 12/21.
We also offer
overnight delivery via Fed-Ex. The added shipping cost is
$20 and we must
deliver to a street address(not PO Box).
3)
I am giving a flexible gift certificate to my Brother and
his Wife. The cost is $149 ea/ $298.00. What happens if
they choose to attend a lower priced Harvest Fest event?
A) We will provide them with a complimentary
bottle of wine (one bottle per person).
4)
We have an expired gift certificate. Can we still use it?
A) Yes, by paying any difference in cost from
when it was purchased and when the new tour is ordered.
For example, our 2007 gift certificates cost $124. We have
enhanced the 2008 tours with a gourmet restaurant lunch.
The cost difference is $25 per
person.
